It all has begun at the end of the ice age…

And then came humans and their needs.<\/p>\n

And then the atlantic climate and its wind and rain.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

And so a cuddly blanket of a little ancient rootless but enduring sphagnum has originated…<\/span><\/p>\n

One of the three last places of this kind on our nice planet, t<\/span>he High Fens, a Belgium sister of Siberian and Canadian raised bog family…<\/span><\/p>\n

A winter life of the High Fens…<\/p>\n

\u2026 at the highest point of Belgium with all the 694 m above sea level and its silence, indeed if you don\u2019t hear me falling in a bog. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
